These folks are great. They are accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, have a great selection, and will work with you if issues arise. They fixed up my chimney and installed a our pellet stove that heats half our house on its own, and it only took a couple of days. They were responsive to all my questions, and were transparent in their work.

The stove did end up being defective (through no fault of their own as far as I can tell) and stopped working about one week in, but they were able to schedule a technician within two days of my reporting the issue, which is impressive given all this happened around the holiday period. It would be unreasonable to expect faster service during the gift-giving period of the year.

We purchased our new Osborn wood stove from their showroom. This was a big purchase for us so we made many phone calls to the company with questions. We also went to many other places, Sherwood Forest by far was the most friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Vic, Maria and the owner we’re always available to answer our questions. Chimney Sweeps of Sherwood Forest repaired my broken dryer
exhaust line, and removed the damaged pipe.  Then the two
service personnel installed a new pipe and a new metal vent hood.  It was a very complicated job and set of repairs done in
a very small space.  I am a very satisfied customer, and I
recommend Chimney Sweeps of Sherwood Forest without
any reservation at all.  If you need dryer vent repairs, this is
